A critical goal of human capacity development is that of maximizing people's potential to contribute to the development of the society, by participating fully and actively in all its activities.

BAUMAT|FTAISA Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Centre is a registered Nigerian based organization, with major interests in Skills training and entrepreneurship development programs, thereby providing high quality and affordable tertiary education, promoting and expanding institutional collaborations in academics, research and development, exchange facilitation and human capital development using modern technology hence; our motto in BAUMAT|FTAISA is to develop additional competencies necessary for successful self-realization and economic growth.

In view of our commitment to always support Nigeria and other African countries in advancing a knowledge driven economic growth through a continuous learning strategy, our organization developed close working relationships with several foreign institutions which include the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine, Ivano Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil & Gas, Lviv University of Business & Law, Poltava Agrarian University, Ukraine, King Danylo University, Ukraine and Igbinedion University, Okada. For the vocational skills program, we are partnering with the German GIZ development agency, under their Skills for Youth Employment (SKYE) program and in Nigeria, we have existing collaborations with the Ogun State Government providing Skills Training & Entrepreneurship development program for the youths and workers in that state, the National Board for Technology Incubation-NBTI, the Federal Polytechnic Nekede Imo State, Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria, Kano and the Imo State Investment Promotion Agency-ISIPA.

Through our foreign partners, we have expanded cooperation with major institutional partners in Germany, Poland, Canada, France, Turkey and Georgia.
